Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ilonka lighting. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, or any unexpected delays, we will inform you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use Sendle as our primary shipping carrier. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Sendle will also provide delivery estimates.

  • Standard Shipping within Australia: Estimated delivery within [2-10] business days.
  • Express Shipping within Australia: Estimated delivery within [2-5] business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

Shipment to PO boxes

ilonka lighting ships to addresses within Australia. Please make sure to provide a physical address as we currently do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship internationally.

Damages

ilonka lighting is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (Sendle) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
